The Colour Works ordering guide.

All profiles and materials can now be ordered via the online shop. For certain orders, we will need more information from you. This can be entered on the product page for those products.

As a guide, here is how to order:

Just Materials (eg bricks, mats, posters)

This one's simple! Add the items you want to your basket and checkout. There's two payment options to choose from when you checkout

1) invoice (we'll send you an invoice) or

2) card (we'll also send you an invoice, but at the bottom will be a payment link. We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX).

Ordering Profiles for Workshops / Sessions

Profiles and Workshops: If you're adding Insights Discovery profiles to your order, we'll need to know more detail. On the product page for Foundation Chapter, you'll see there is the option to choose PDF only or Hard Copies. Please select which you would like - PDFs are always sent no matter which option you choose.

The most important bit - you'll also notice multiple text boxes on the Foundation Chapter page, this is space to add the:

• date of your workshop / session
  
• date profiles are required (the date you receive them from us)
  
• the names and email addresses of participants

Please make sure all this information is added so that we can promptly fulfil your order. Once you have placed your order, you can circulate the evaluator link to the delegates. If the session is short notice and urgent, please let us know by calling us or emailing cp@thecolourworks.com 

To add additional chapters, such as Management, Personal Achievement, Sales Effectiveness and Interview, there is a box on those product page to let us know to who these chapters relate to. If it's for the same people as Foundation Chapters in your basket, you can leave this blank. If it's for profiles previously generated and sent to you, let us know the names here.

If you're ordering IDTL, DFC, 360 or TPI reports, you can order these through the website without adding extra info, and instead we'll be in touch to get detail needed from you to process these as there are more options.

Team Wheels

Team Wheels: Please add a Team Wheel to your basket if you require one. We'll also need to know who to produce this for - if it's for the same people as profiles in your basket, you can leave the box blank on the Team Wheel product page. If you'd like a Team Wheel for another/additional group of people, please add the names in the text box on the Team Wheel product page. If you require multiple Team Wheels, you'll need to add multiple Team Wheels to your basket but enter the information you need on each one individually. 

Special Instructions and Notes

If you have items in your basket, you can add Special Instructions to the box in the bottom left. We'll pick these up as part of your order.
