CP TPI Standard

The Team Performance Indicator is a team evaluation tool, produced when the team completes an anonymous online survey. It measures sixteen crucial areas for high performing teams, and the results provide quantitative data on a team’s performance, showing where there is agreement around particular strengths and areas for development, and where opinions differ. It's often a natural follow-on for a team who have recently completed their Insights Discovery workshop, and a facilitator can focus a workshop in any of the sixteen areas.
