CP IDTL Profile

The Insights Discovery Transformational Leadership profile uses the language of Discovery and gives the recipient a unique understanding of their strengths, weaknesses and areas of immediate focus through 8-Dimensions of leadership effectiveness on three levels – Self, Team and Organisation.

Recipients must already have an Insights Discovery Personal Profile. There is no need for them to complete a new evaluator as the IDTL is generated using their original evaluator.
